2013 Personal Goal

I only have one BIG personal goal in 2013:-

Significantly improve the quality of my life by adopting healthy changes to my lifestyle.

This big goal includes the following:-

  • Build stamina by engaging in regular daily exercises
  • Stop smoking totally
  • Cut down on alcohol consumption
  • Eat healthily

To measure the success of this one big personal goal, I shall reach the following milestones before the year runs out:-

  • Complete a half marathon or a a 20km run (current personal best: 5km)
  • Participate in a cycling event or a 50km ride (current personal best: 20km)
  • Lose 10kgs and/or 4in

I shall post updates regularly to track my progress.
